This policy explains how TSA collects, uses and protects personal data when you use tsaindo.com (the “Site”), request a quote or place an order. We handle personal data in line with the data protection laws that apply to us.

When you submit a quote request or an order, we collect:
- name, company name, email address and phone number;
- delivery and billing address;
- VAT or tax ID, if you provide one;
- the products and quantities you request, and any notes you write;
- your correspondence with us by email or WhatsApp.
Payments
We do not take payments on the Site and we do not collect card numbers through it. Payment is made against a proforma invoice by Wire Transfer or Credit Card (via Wise). We keep invoice and payment records for accounting.

- IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and visit times, as recorded in standard server logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 3).
2. How we use your data
- To prepare quotations and proforma invoices, process orders and provide after-sales support.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To send order and service messages.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent fraud.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To maintain and improve the Site.
We do not sell personal data.
3. Essential cookies
The Site uses cookies that are needed for it to work. For example, WooCommerce cookies (such as woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_*) keep your quote list between pages. If you block these cookies, parts of the Site, including the quote list, may not work.

- Shipping and logistics partners, so your order can be delivered.
- Banks and payment providers (including Wise), to process payments.
- Our email provider (Proton Mail), which handles the email we send and receive.

- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Your data may be processed in Indonesia and in other countries where these providers operate.
5. How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements. Order and payment records are kept for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law. You may ask us to delete your data, subject to those legal retention requirements.
