By using tsaindo.com (the “Site”) or placing an order with TSA (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Returns & Cancellations, Shipping & Delivery and Privacy Policy.
1. Who the Site is for
The Site is intended for businesses and professional users. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the organization you represent.
2. How ordering works
TSA does not take payment on the Site. Orders follow this process:
- You submit a request for quote (RFQ) on the Site.
- We send you a written quotation.
- If you wish to proceed, you confirm your order and we issue a proforma invoice (PI).
- You pay the PI in advance, 100%, by Wire Transfer or Credit Card (via Wise).
- We dispatch after payment has cleared in full.

3. Quotations
- A quotation is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue, unless it states another period. It is valid until 23:59 Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) on the “Valid until” date shown on it.
- A quotation is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. We may withdraw or revise it before we confirm your order.
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send written order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever comes first. No contract exists until then.
- The quotation states the lead time for your order. The default lead time is 4 to 6 weeks after payment confirmation. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Proforma invoice and payment
- The proforma invoice sets out the items, quantities, prices in USD, the shipping charge, our payment details and its validity period (14 calendar days by default).
- Payment is 100% in advance by Wire Transfer or Credit Card (via Wise). Payment details are shown on the proforma invoice only.
- Goods are not dispatched until payment has cleared in full.
- Payment terms other than 100% in advance apply only if we agree to them in writing for your order.
5. Prices
- All prices and invoices are in US dollars (USD).
- Shipping cost is not included in the prices shown on the Site. It is confirmed in your quotation and shown as a separate line on the quotation and the proforma invoice, as described in Shipping & Delivery.
- Prices on the Site may change without notice. The price stated in our written quotation applies to that quotation.
- If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price.
6. Duties and taxes
Your quotation states the delivery terms (incoterm) for your order and who is responsible for import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Any import license or permit required for your goods or destination remains your responsibility. See Shipping & Delivery.
7. Delivery and risk
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
- Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
8. Returns, cancellations and warranty
Returns, cancellations, delivery-fault claims and warranty claims are governed by our Returns & Cancellations policy. Except as set out in that policy, we do not accept change-of-mind returns and we do not give cash refunds. Delivery faults must be reported within 3 x 24 hours of the courier’s recorded delivery time. Manufacturer warranties apply as described in that policy.
9. Product information
Product descriptions and specifications are provided by the manufacturers and may change. Please confirm the exact model, part number and specification in your quote request.
10. Brands and trademarks
Brand and product names on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their use does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those owners.
11. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Export controls and sanctions
You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. We may decline or cancel any order that would breach them.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs holds, carrier disruption, weather, strikes and component shortages. We will keep you informed where we can.
14. Website content
Content on the Site may not be reproduced without our written permission.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.
