- Measures adhesion of coatings to metal, wood, concrete and other rigid substrates by hydraulic pull-off of a specified test diameter
- Conforms to ASTM D4541/D7234, ISO 4624/16276-1, AS/NZS 1580.408.5
- Electronically controlled hydraulic pump applies smooth, continuous pull-off pressure at a user-specified rate; operated with one button
- Pull rate indicator for monitoring the rate of pull per international test methods
- Self-aligning quick-coupling actuator and spherical articulating dolly head distribute pull force evenly on smooth or uneven surfaces
- Pressure is calculated automatically from dolly size; no conversion charts needed
- Calibrated and certified to ±1% accuracy using a NIST traceable load cell
- Internal memory for 200 pulls: maximum pull-off pressure, rate of pull, test duration, dolly size
- LCD shows pressure in psi or MPa and holds the maximum value
- PosiSoft 3.0 desktop software for downloading, viewing, printing and storing data
