- Calibrated reticle reads the C scale directly from 20 HRC to 65 HRC, accuracy +/-1.5 points
- Slim microscope allows testing in tight spaces not accessible to bench testers
- Fiber optic flashlight directs light to the microscope focus
- Tests flat or curved surfaces; useful for pieces too large or heavy for a bench tester
