Superior Signal AccuTrak VPE-GN Pro-Plus ultrasonic leak detector gooseneck kit

Specifications

• Ultrasonic leak detector kit with a 9" (22.86 cm) flexible gooseneck probe for hard-to-reach places, detecting pressure and vacuum leaks of any gas
• Detects the ultrasound produced by turbulent leaking gas, not the gas itself; works with air, nitrogen, refrigerants and vacuum, and is unaffected by wind or high concentrations of leaked gas
• Applications: air, vacuum and refrigerant leak detection, hard-to-reach refrigeration leaks; sound generator for testing window and door seals
• Audio output and 10-element bar graph; adjustable sensitivity; peak hold display; over-range audio alarm
• Detects a 5 psi leak from a 0.005" hole, up to 30 feet away depending on conditions; refrigerant leaks equal to 1.5 oz/year
• Ultrasound converter: heterodyne; airborne frequency response 36 to 42 kHz; airborne sensor sensitivity -80 dB V/µbar
• Controls: one button and a continuously variable sensitivity slide; audio output 0 Hz to 4 kHz
• Power: 9 V battery; run time 80 to 120 hours; 3.5 mm stereo connector
• Dimensions 4.15 x 2.4 x 0.875" (10.54 x 6.10 x 2.22 cm); overall length 5.5" (14 cm); weight 0.3 lbs (138 g) including battery
• ABS body
• Ultrasonic sound generator: 40 kHz (±2.5 Hz), crystal-controlled, ±50 ppm accuracy, output 115 dB at 30 cm (nominal)
• Generator output mode: continuous or burst tone; 9 V cell, 70 hours continuous / 90 hours
• In the box: leak detector, sound generator, noise-blocking headphones, touch probe, carrying case, battery, waveguide (kit also described as including a canvas belt pack)
