Micrometers

Micrometers measure the thickness, diameter or length of a part by closing a precision screw spindle against it. Outside micrometers are the most common, with ratchet or friction thimbles for consistent measuring force, and digital versions add a display and data output. They are a standard tool for tight tolerances in machining and inspection.

Choose the size range, graduation or resolution, frame size, and anvil and spindle material (carbide faces last longer). Check whether a setting standard is included and whether you need calibration certificates. Contact TSA for a quotation; we ship worldwide, DDP.
