Dew Point Meters

Dew point meters tell an inspector whether a surface is dry enough to coat. They measure air temperature, relative humidity and surface temperature, then calculate the dew point and how far the steel sits above it. Coating inspectors use them before blasting and painting to follow the environmental limits in the paint data sheet.

Consider the type of surface sensor (cabled or infrared), logging capacity, reporting software and probe options. Check that the range suits your climate and the standards you work to, such as ISO 8502-4. Contact TSA for a quotation; we ship worldwide, DDP.
