- Torque calibrator that measures the peak torque applied to a screw by non-impact electric and air drivers
- Under-tightened screws give insufficient clamp force and can loosen; over-tightening past the yield point permanently deforms the joint, so correct tightening torque matters
- Smart adapters simulate the screw joint and do not need to be backed off after each test
- Results can be downloaded through the USB port; compatible with Imada SW-1SV-USB software
- Measuring range: 0.020 to 6.970 lbf-in
- Programmable High/Low setpoints with audible beep for uniform tightening or GO/NO GO testing
